MUDDY MANNY -  My dogs name was Manny.  A Beautiful Cream Cockapoo that was given to me right after my Mom passed away 2008.  My Dad was so depressed I didn't know what to do.  Then one day after praying, I heard God say get a Dog... "A WHAT????"  Are You Serious!  So you know who won...lol.   After looking for awhile a friend gave me Manny.  I was so excited but, my Dad was more thrilled than I could ever image and it changed him for the BETTER immediately!  Well, one day I came home and the front door was open, that means Dad fell asleep with a pot on the stove smoking up the house once again.  He was Very Very Upset and explained he was trying to let the smoke out {before I got home} and Manny saw a Squirrel... need I say more! Dad had been looking for hours and was almost in tears.  I say... "Dad go to bed, it'll be ok. I'll find him and he'll come upstairs and push your door open to let you know he's ok".  So here I go.... driving all over the neighborhood block after block. One hour later and 6 blocks on the far other side of the main street, I came to an alley that's on a weird angle. It's 43 degrees so the snow had melted and in the watery mud just a jumping, rolling and dancing around was Manny looking at me like "It took you long enough to find me".  He got snatched that day...lol and scolded as I carried him from the car to the basement to shampoo, rinse, blow dry and send him upstairs to see Dad!
